WELCOME TO THE HARVEST FOUNDATION
The concept of the Harvest Foundation was developed over several decades. It began with a family's philanthropic projects. Over time, these efforts were taken up by a number of the family's corporate entities, though the projects were handled as separate charitable programs using donor advised funds. Finally, a decision was made to consolidate the programs under a private charitable foundation, with a 501c3 determination from by IRS. This streamlined things, and provided several benefits in delivering the programs.
